These Terms of Service govern your use of the Canvas Works Co. website and any orders placed through it. By placing an order with Canvas Works Co., you agree to these terms.
Canvas Works Co. is a small home-based print studio operated as an Australian sole trader, based in Victoria, Australia. We make custom personalized art prints, canvases, framed prints, and gift items for individual customers.
All orders are custom-made based on the details you provide. By submitting an order, you confirm that:
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and confirmed via invoice before your order is created. Payment is required upfront via Stripe invoice. We do not store card details ourselves.
Digital orders include unlimited revisions until you approve the final design. Physical orders can be revised before we send the file to print. Once a physical print is in production, changes cannot be made.

Designs we create for your custom order are licensed to you for personal use. We retain ownership of the underlying artwork and may use anonymized versions in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
We will not create custom designs that contain hate speech, offensive imagery, illegal content, or copyrighted material you do not own. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Canvas Works Co.'s total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Victorian jurisdiction.
